Appointments

Please do not get discouraged about needing to set up an appointment. Appointments are in place so we can provide private, one-on-one sessions designed around your piercing or jewelry needs.

NO WAITING, NO LINES, NO RUSHING.

We want you to feel comfortable and prepared for your visit, so
before booking, please take a moment to review the policies below.

You'll be able to book your appointment at the bottom of this page, confirming that you've read and understand our policies.

Deposits & Booking

Each guest must book their own appointment separately. A $20 non-refundable deposit is required per service, and goes toward your total cost on the day of your appointment.

For safety and focus, no children allowed in the studio for adult appointments.

Feeling sick?

Please reschedule if you have cold or flu-like symptoms. If you arrive sick, we'll need to reschedule, and a new deposit will be required.

Each appointment is reserved for the service you booked and timed accordingly. We're unable to add additional services the day of your visit in order to stay on schedule and respect everyone's time.

Cancellations
&
Rescheduling

Changes must be made a full 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time to keep your deposit.

You can reschedule or cancel through your confirmation link, as long as it's before the 24-hour cutoff.

If you run into any issues, please email us directly - we are unable to manage booking changes through DM, text, or social media.

The Day of Your Appointment

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Please review the following to help us keep everything running smoothly.

Please Arrive on Time

Arrive at your scheduled time and ring the doorbell. Early arrivals may be asked to wait in your vehicle.

Late arrivals beyond the five-minute grace period are marked as no-shows by our system, and this cannot be changed. If you arrive after the grace period, your appointment will no longer be available - even if you ring the doorbell just a few minutes late.

A Friendly Reminder:

Calling, texting, or letting us know you are nearby does not pause or extend the grace period. We're unable to hold appointments beyond the five-minute window.

Booking Restrictions

While it's never something we like to do, our system will automatically restrict you from future bookings after two no - shows. This helps us maintain a respectful and balanced schedule for all clients.

Arrival Checklist

A Physical Photo ID

Must be government-issued (such as a driver's license or passport). Digital copies or phone photos cannot be accepted.

One Guest Welcome

You're welcome to bring one guest age 18 or older. They should be ready to show ID if asked.

A Moment Just For You

Guests aren't allowed in the piercing room during procedures - no exceptions. They're welcome to relax in the lounge while we focus on you.

Gentle Reminders

No Food or Open Drinks

To preserve the integrity of our studio and equipment, open beverages and food are not permitted. Sealed water bottles or thermoses are welcome . We ask that iced coffees, sodas, and uncovered cups stay in your vehicle.

Mindful hands

We kindly ask that you avoid touching your piercings during your visit. Piercings are healing wounds - clean hands help protect your healing and our shared space.

A Thoughtful Touch

Complimentary bottled water and bite-sized treats are available during your visit-just a little something to make your experience even sweeter.

Jewelry Selection

Our jewelry collection features high-end pieces and is unlike anything you'll find elsewhere in the RGV. For safety reasons, we only pierce with jewelry from our studio. Because sizing and style vary by anatomy, our inventory isn't listed online. During your visit, we'll help you choose pieces that compliment both your anatomy and your aesthetic.

Pricing

Jewelry pricing varies depending on the material, design , and the style you choose. Since each piece is selected to fit your anatomy, final pricing is determined in person at your appointment.
