Appointments are private, one-on-one sessions.
No walk-ins.

Minors cannot book for themselves. Parent/Guardian must read the booking policies and book the appointment. ​​​​

Each person must book their own appointment.
Preparing to Book Your Appointment
A $20 non-refundable deposit is required per service and applies towards the total.

No additional services can be added on the day of your appointment.
​
​
MUST add notes when booking, on the notes section.
​
Appointments without notes won't be accepted.
Notes are required for downsizing, upsizing, piercing check-ups, and jewelry changes.

​
​Adult Appointments: May bring one guest (18+).
No children are allowed during adult appointments.
​
Minor Appointments: Parent/Guardian and minor only.
​
Group Appointments: Only those who are being pierced. No additional guests.

The Day of Your Appointment
Please arrive at the scheduled time of your appointment.

​Must bring a government-issued (such as a driver's license or passport).
​
Digital copies or phone photos cannot be accepted.
​
​

Clients will be marked as a no-show after the 5 -minute grace period.
​
After two no-shows, services will no longer be offered.​​
Only the person getting pierced is allowed in the piercing room.
No outside food or open drinks allowed in the studio.
Cancellations

Rescheduling
Must be made a full 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time to keep your deposit.
Rescheduling or cancelling can be done through your
appointment confirmation link.

If you run into any issues, please email us directly - we are unable to manage booking changes through DM, text, or social media.
​​Feeling sick?
If you arrive sick, your appointment will need to be canceled.
A new deposit is required to reschedule.
For Minors: After booking, parent/guardian will receive a Checklist Form.
This must be filled out before we can approve the appointment.
